Marcan.com may revise this Agreement from time to time and reserves the right to change or amend this Agreement without notice. Proprietary Rights; Copyright Permission

Marcan.com exclusively owns or has been licensed by third parties to use all rights, title, and interest in all of the services and other content on Marcan.com, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, graphics, software, sounds, music, video files, information, data, and text (the "Content"). All Content is subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Marcan.com. IN NO EVENT WILL Marcan.com OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES AND AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You expressly agree that use of the services and Content on Marcan.com is at your own risk. Any Content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service is at your own initiative and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such Content. Special Conditions for International Use and Exports

This site is controlled and operated by Marcan.com and its agents from their offices within the United States. Marcan.com makes no representations that the services and Content provided on Marcan.com are appropriate for use in all locations, or that the transactions, products, or services discussed are available or appropriate for sale or use in all jurisdictions. Access to our site and its Content from other countries where such Content is illegal is prohibited. Termination

Either you or Marcan.com may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and effective immediately. In addition, Marcan.com, at its sole discretion, may terminate your account for: (1) violation of this Agreement; or (2) if any information that you provide to Marcan.com is inaccurate. Upon termination this Agreement, you agree to immediately discontinue use of the services provided on Marcan.com and destroy all Content and materials obtained from it.

General

This Agreement does not confer any rights, remedies, or benefits upon any person other than you and Marcan.com. You may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Marcan.com. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a proper legal authority, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without effect to any principles of conflicts of law, and the Federal law of the United States.
