CD Replication Services

Replication is an injection molding process so your data becomes part of each disc. A reflective layer is spun on each disc, which is then sealed with lacquer and finally printed with either a silk screen or offset color process. Our presses are fully automated so once your disc mold is created and production lines are tooled, we can produce a disc every few seconds. Replication is ideal for quantities anywhere from 1,000 to Millions of CD's.
